Note: This is an updated guide that will only work on the latest steamos (stable channel) update.

1.  Open file explorer and go to steam/steamui.
2. Create a folder called "overrides".
3. In that folder make a folder called "movies".
4. Place the video in that folder.
5. Rename the video to "deck_startup".
